WINE NOVELLO
Its grapes, harvested by hand, are kept in a barrel with the peels and, eliminating the air with CO2 gas, they are left fermenting in the grape-stone. This kind of technique produces a lightly, tasted and drinkable wine. It is a not long conservation wine but it has a sweet violet flavour. It has been esteemed that every year in all over the world more than 100 million bottles of this wine are consumed. Is admitted in the market around the first days of November and a big part is consumed before January-February.
